Golf House Kentucky will be providing assistance for High School Invitational tournaments during the 2021 season. Each package includes:

  • Management of the event on the Kentucky PGA Junior Tour BlueGolf console (pairings, scorecards, scoreboards, scoring, All-State Reports)
  • Course marking and creating hole locations
  • Certified Rules Officials assigned to work the event
  • An OIC (Official in Charge) who develops Notice to Competitors, manages BlueGolf console, secures certified Rules Officials, and handles the scoring and administration of the event.
  • A portion of the management fee for each event is designated to support the All-State Banquet at the end of the season.

What You Can Expect to See from Us:

The host school will be responsible for providing a player/team list to the OIC at least 72 hours in advance of the event, paying KGCA Membership Fee/Tournament Posting Fee and securing course availability.

Tier 1: Double Shotgun event or AM/PM Wave of Tee Times: $1,300

  • Includes assigned Official in Charge, usage of Kentucky PGA Junior Tour BlueGolf Tournament console, and two (2) Certified Rules Officials

Tier 2: Single Shotgun event or Single Wave of Tee Times for more than 90 players: $1,100

  • Includes assigned Official in Charge, usage of Kentucky PGA Junior Tour BlueGolf Tournament console, and two (2) Certified Rules Officials

Tier 3: Single Shotgun event or Single Wave of Tee Times for 90 players or less: $850

  • Includes assigned Official in Charge, usage of Kentucky PGA Junior Tour BlueGolf Tournament console, and one (1) Certified Rules Officials

Additional services may be requested for an additional fee including:

  • Additional Certified Rules Officials 
  • Tablets for Live Scoring – No Charge (Volunteers must be provided by host school)

In addition to running the day-of operations, Golf House Kentucky will provide a checklist of what is needed and expected from the host school prior to the event to help with organization, efficiency, and clear communication.

A portion of the management fee for each event is designated to support the All-State Banquet at the end of the season.
